I feel like there is no goal in the game other than opening new places. People say game starts after 99Lvl but no idea what opens at that level. What we do in this game?

You should check out the Wiki, there's lots of info about the game there. Basically there's lots to be done and explored, but the main idea of the game being "numbers go big" it's all a grind!
