I have been playing this game since September 2019, I’ve been here for the peak of this game and I’ve enjoyed it a lot.

This game is really something special, I enjoy playing this and I really think firestream created something special. Because of this, I decided to support him, even though I am not the wealthiest myself, just because I thought he deserves it.

So, I decided to donate $25, that is a reasonable amount to support a good developer, and I would also get custom emblem uploading in return. I went through with the donation and tried to upload emblems, but it did not work.

So, like I have always advised people, I pmed fs because he usually responds quickly and fix the problem. But now I have been waiting for more than ten days and still no response, even though he read my message.

I have attempted to contact him through all my available channels, but unsuccessfully. So this forum post is my last, desperate attempt to make him pay attention to my issue.

At this point, it does not matter if I get the custom emblem upload or if he refunds the donated amount. All that matters to me right now is that the issue is looked at and that I get firestream to respond.

This is a matter of principle, I did donate to him to support, but I also picked an amount where I would get something in return. And I did not receive that, and that makes me sad because it is not fair.

I hope that this thread will attract fs attention to this matter.
