TOPIC: Bobblehead Upgrades (Or Something)

It would be neat if, once a certain condition was met (e.g. collecting all Bobbleheads) you could then collect some of them again, on (for instance) an alt character. The bonus would still apply account-wide, like it does now, and maybe only could upgrade/collect another of the regular PE Bobbleheads (not the Supers, those are too powerful).
Perhaps it would be a small upgrade (10% of the bonus?) and you'd have to collect all of them to be able to collect another set on another alt, or something.
I see this as potentially adding end game engagement for players who don't otherwise have tons of interest in the non-Super PEs, while requiring an alt to collect them would potentially avoid the kill-sniping that God Tier players could easily do.
