TOPIC: possible chat bug?

not sure if this has been found, i tried to do some looking for a similar topic and came up empty.
I have noticed that while in global, I will be informed that there are messages in clan chat, when I click the notification, there are no new clan messages. I am on PC as this bug is occuring, and can update later when I decide to recreate it on mobile. Though, there is not much to do to recreate it. It sort of spontaneously does it on its own.
(Update, it seems to work fine on mobile)
