TOPIC: Lag during mid day post server transfer

I don't know if anyone else has had this issue but ever since we got transferred to the new server I have been experiencing severe lag. To combat this I have: restarted my computer, cleared history and cache, checked the system to see if ram and cpu was getting "full" and it wasn't while playing the game. Switched to my phone with cellular only and it was still getting the same thing. I changed to my iPad which receives less lag but still has some.
Here's what is happening, the game will be fast for 10-20 seconds and then it will freeze for 3-7. It also freezes mostly when crits happen or when a kill is made. It makes ac grinding horrible for me. My dad also plays this game and I have seen his device do the same. He uses a gaming laptop from 2018. It can handle Forza 4 on medium, and other games on high quality. I have no idea what is going on, but please look into this. Any suggestions are welcome as to: what to do on my end. Have a great day!
Edit: I subscribed to puffin and use that now to get around the lag.
