I bought the Munitions Expert today and had a little experiment. But im not sure if its time based for a charge, like i got 1 charge every 2 min. Can i get a charge if my super is not available(answer is yes, i can still get charges)? Can we have a buff or rework for this? Like battle or kill based for a charge. Cause im thinking bombing zeus with 20 supers. But it will take too much time for a charge.
I think its like 1% chance or so for a recharge per battle.
