I think FAQ is kind of underused right now. Imo If there was a link to the FAQ page, nestled somewhere above global chat, between the chat toggle and the other button, it may help new players go there and take a look.

I agree if it is like a one-time thing, but I haven’t reached level 20 yet (as of typing this) and can tell it would eventually get annoying if I constantly see that button when wanting to read or type in the chat. If it is just one-time, I am all for it.
