Currently minions are being shoved under the pile of 50 titans in AP zones and sitting there forever forgotten.
Also the amount of exp they seem to be giving is a bit much in my opinion.
Hiya coming back to edit this to say that I got a level 99 in 6 minutes due to the exp from pets.

I was able to level a character to 99 very quickly. Probably could get runs down to 15 minutes with some luck at the current experience rates.
My opinion is that minions shouldn't spawn in AP unless there is a special one that does spawn there.
